Delivery & Returns

Shipping

United States

Any order placed before 3pm EST will be shipped same day, any after this point will be shipped the following business day. The delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen and/or your location within the United States relative to our New York-based Headquarters. The possible shipping methods are summarized below:


FedEx SmartPost: Orders where this method has been selected will be collected from Furniture Clinic by FedEx Ground and delivered to our customers by the US Postal Service. All parcels should be delivered in 2 to 7 business days from being shipped in contiguous United States and up to 14 business days in Hawaii and Alaska. This will vary based on your relative distance from our location in New York.


FedEx Ground: Orders where this method has been selected will be collected and delivered by FedEx to our customers. All parcels should be delivered in 2 to 5 business days from being shipped in contiguous United States and up to 7 business days in Hawaii and Alaska. This will vary based on your relative distance from our location in New York.


FedEx Express 72: This service is a great way to save time while saving money, with a time-definite delivery that doesn't break the bank. Orders where this method has been selected will be collected by FedEx Express and delivery will be guaranteed within three business days throughout all 50 states. Delivery is by 4.30pm to most areas and by 7pm for residential deliveries.


FedEx Express 48: This service is useful if you need your products urgently but not necessarily for the following day where prices will be particularly high. Orders where this method has been selected will be collected by FedEx Express and delivery will be guaranteed within two business days throughout all 48 contiguous states. Delivery is by 4.30pm to most areas and by 7pm for residential deliveries.


FedEx Express 24: This service is for when you need the products as quickly as possible. Orders where this method has been selected will be collected by FedEx Express and delivery will be guaranteed within one business day throughout all 48 contiguous states. Delivery is by 4.30pm to most areas and by 7pm for residential deliveries.


Canada

Canada Ground: This service offers a reliable, cost-effective way of getting our products across the border to Canada. Orders are collected by FedEx Ground and the service is broker-inclusive, meaning customs clearance is arranged by FedEx. Delivery is typically within 2 to 7 business days from being shipped, however, in some remote areas, this can take up to 14 business days.


Please note that, although FedEx arrange customs clearance, the recipient will be responsible for all duties, taxes and ancillary service fees levied by the Canadian Border Services Agency and will be invoiced separately by FedEx for these fees if they arise.


Please note that all shipping methods detailed above do not require signature so your package may be left in what the delivery driver considers a safe location. If you would like to add the signature requirement for an additional charge, please feel free to get in touch with us on (866) 931-8095.


Returns

Cancelling an Order


You can cancel your order up to thirty working days after receiving it.


In order to cancel the order we require written notification of your intent to cancel no later than thirty days after the item has been received. This can be in the form of a fax, email or letter.


If you decide to cancel an order you must send the goods back along with clear information detailing who they were returned by. This information should include an order number, your name and contact details.


When cancelling an order you are responsible for the delivery cost incurred to return the goods.


In the event that a product does not do as stated a full refund will be offered. It will be Furniture Clinic's decision whether the goods should be returned or not. If we ask for the goods to be returned we will cover the delivery costs.


If a product does not work because it was used on the wrong type of leather it was designed for you will be liable for any delivery costs incurred from cancelling or returning the order.


Products which are custom made, such as color matched products, may not be subject to a refund. It will be Furniture Clinic's decision to issue a refund and the value of any refund given.


Refunds


You have the right to cancel an order within thirty days of receiving it. If, after this time you wish to return the goods for a refund you must inform us in writing.


If you wish to return a product because you no longer desire the item you may be asked to cover the delivery costs associated with returning the item. The amount of the refund will be determined once Furniture Clinic is satisfied that the product is in good condition. If the goods have been used then no refund will be offered.


You must check that all contents have been received immediately on receipt of your order. Any delay in informing Furniture Clinic of missing items will result in an assumption that products were received as described.


If you are returning a product because it has failed to do as it claims we may ask for proof of this failure. It will be at the discretion of Furniture Clinic whether to request return of the goods. If we ask for the goods to be returned we will cover the postage. If you send a product back to us without our request you would be expected to cover the postage charges.


If you find that a product is faulty or does not do as stated you have six months to let us know and we will issue a refund.
